The objective of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation is to integrate the concepts of quality in higher learning systems and to develop practical guideline and policies for uplifting the standard of education in Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University.

The QA&A of SBKWU was established on 20th October 2009, the major activity of QA&A includes Self-Assessment Process; it is Procedure to assess whether programs meet their educational objectives and outcomes with the purpose to improve program’s quality and enhancing student’s learning

DQA&A is responsible for:

Promoting the public confidence that the expected quality standards of the institution are promoted and safeguarded
Assessing the methods teaching and learning in each subject area
Defining clear and explicit standards of education
Annual monitoring and evaluation
The assessments of the departments
Getting feedback from the students as well employers
Providing program specifications
Ensuring quality assurance of Masters, M. Phil and PhD programs
Assessment of institutions
Providing framework for qualification
